A Treehouse built on top of an Ephemeral Gully

This property was developed in the mid 1990's, through its centre runs a gully that flows with rain. Over a centuries worth of neglect produced this picture.

Removing the Scars on the Land

This watercourse had been neglected leaving exotic plant species to flourish generating a deep layer of humus piled on top of the flowing water.

Completion of Phase 1

Prior to any major design or development on the project a process of understanding was required to inform the design decisions based on the neccessary understanding of land and water. Phase 2 of an entire Integrated Ecosystems property is underway.
